Cookie & Storage Policy
Holmquist Fitness doesn't use advertising cookies or ad trackers. It uses your browser's storage to work, plus masked usage analytics that you can turn off.
Essential storage (always on)
These are needed for the App to work, including offline. They stay on your device.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| hf-app-v3 | Local storage | Your app data (profile, logs, plans, settings) so the App works offline | Until you clear it or log out |
| hf-auth | Local storage | Your sign-in session (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase) | Until you log out or the session expires |
| hf-profile | Local storage | Your membership status, so the App knows your access offline | Until you log out |
| hf-v… cache | Service worker cache | App files and code libraries for offline use and faster loading | Replaced when the App updates |
Usage analytics (on by default, can be turned off)
Unless you turn it off in Settings → Privacy & legal, the App loads Microsoft Clarity, which sets first-party cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and may set Microsoft cookies (such as CLID and MUID) to understand how the App is used (taps, scrolling, page views and masked session recordings). On-screen text and app content are masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Analytics never load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings. The App then reloads without them. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
Third parties you may reach from the App
Stripe (checkout and billing portal) and YouTube (exercise videos) open on their own sites and use their own cookies under their own policies.
